How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at hello@natureaallyy.com.au with your order number
- Let us know which items you'd like to return and why
- We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours
- Pack items securely and drop off at any India Post or partner courier location
- Once received, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank. We'll email you confirmation once the refund is processed.
Exchanges
Want to exchange for a different product? Just mention this when you email us. We'll ship the replacement as soon as we receive your return, or immediately if you prefer (we'll refund/charge the difference).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost—no need to return the damaged item.
